Customer Service Cum Pricing – Freight Forwarding Air & Ocean (Salary from 15M++)

• Customer Service and Operation.

• Coordinate all Air and Sea freight activities, including booking, documentation, data entry, shipment organization & tracking, billing, arranging transport.

• Manage AWB, HAWB, HBL, Manifest, Arrival Notice, Delivery Order, etc.

• Handle freight pricing and quotation for both Air and Sea shipments; liaise with carriers, airlines, and overseas agents to ensure competitive rates and timely offers to customers.

• Communicate daily with shipping lines, airlines, truckers, customers, warehouses, sales representatives, and overseas agent offices.

• Answer phone calls, respond to emails from customers, follow up and handle customer enquiries in a timely and professional manner.

• Use and maintain internal freight management systems to create and manage orders for new shipments, including import & export FCL, LCL, and air forwarding jobs; logging Sea Cargo, Export Customs Manifest, PRA, and monitoring customs clearance.

• Knowledge of Freight Management Systems (FAST, CW1) is preferable.

• Prior experience in handling U.S. trade lanes (especially Air freight) is highly preferred.

• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by management.

• At least 2 years of experience in a similar role within freight forwarding or logistics.

• Strong knowledge of Air and Sea freight operations, documentation, and shipment coordination.

• Experience in freight pricing and quotation is a strong advantage.

• Prior experience with U.S. trade lanes and Air freight shipments is highly preferred.

• Good communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with freight management systems (FAST, CW1, or similar).

• Good command of English (both written and spoken).

• Team player with strong customer service mindset and attention to detail.
