- Receive calls from customer/call center
- Provide technical support to customers via Phone, Chat, Email
- Diagnose faults and troubleshoot technical issues at the customer site
- Managing and interpreting customer requirements
- User training frequently and abnormal
- Any other ad-hoc duties as required or assigned
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Male (under 35 years old), graduated from a technical university
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience.
- Have knowledge of mechanics, electric or IT
- Experience in Customer service
- Ability to communicate in English
- Ability to travel
- Honest, hard-working, detailed, and striving for high quality
- Eager to learn new information technologies
