Customer Service Executive

- Ensure all documents, contracts are dealt with timely manner - Support sales to work with all related departments (Customer Service, Legal, Supply Chain, Technical Team..), customers for machine delivery - Update and Manage CRM for all reports which are requested from line manager or marketing department - Assist sales, customer service team to get using index information from customer - Assist expats sales, line manager to handle requirement, complaining from customer - Support sales activities (promotion, customer gift, arrangement machine for lending or returning, color license...) - Assist Sales Manager and General Manager for all requests

- University Degree or equivalent qualification - At least 01 year experience in multi-national companies - Experience in Taiwanese/Chinese/Hongkong companies or working with Taiwanese or Chinese - Experience in Salesforce, CRM, Oracle is an advantage - Ability to work under high pressure - Fluent in English or Chinese - Good negotiation skills at different level in the organization - Organized, reliable, self-motivated and confidence personality - Good interpersonal communication skills
