Customer Service Executive

1. Manage customer order, delivery schedule on domestic, intercompany and direct export

2. Acknowledge the tasks related to government agents to obtain licenses and privilege tax

3. Maintain accurate and regularly update customer information in CRM and ERP system

4. Collaborate with the commercial team to process Sales Promotion request, free sample or trial product, investment requests

5. Issue Purchase Request for support sales promotion

6. Handle general customer request, concerns, issue, complaints and claims

7. Collaborate with the commercial team to plan the schedule for routine collection of sample solutions and parts for lab analysis, including domestic, intercompany, and direct export.

8. Monitor performance metrics (e.g., response time, resolution rate, customer satisfaction) and generate regular reports for senior management.

9. Handle for factory visit

10. Provide customer data analysis for sales report.

11. Performs the other tasks as per assigned.

- Bachelor’s Degree, chemical background is preferable

- 3-5 years of experience in customer service or sales admin.

- Good English
