CS Executive is responsible to work directly with customer and support to Sales Team to deliver the highest possible standard of services to both internal and external customers to achieve agreed delivery target.
2. Main responsibilities:
• Handle order processing in including DTM, sample order and bulk order.
• Handle customer services inquires and solve issues arising from customers/forwarders/ third-parties relating to the order processing, if any.
• Prepare and meet deadline of weekly and monthly report, if any
• Solve the complaints from customers about late delivery, wrong products, wrong
• Coordinates with related sections (Sales, Planning, Manufacturing, Warehouse, Distribution, QA, Technical, Credit control,..) to solve :
- Customer complaint
- Returned goods, exchange goods, order/invoice cancellation
- Delivery errors
- Special requirements of product / process / document
• Provided order details, documents or any special requirement to customer as requested.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
• University graduated.
• Good at English
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Experienced with SAP systems is advantageous
• Experienced in CS field within related industries preferred.
• Ability to work independently and take initiative
• Ability to analyze, identify and solve the problem quickly and effectively.
• Good telephone communication skills.
