- Working location: 2nd Floor, KicoTrans Building, 46 Bach Dang, Ward 2, Tan Binh Dis, HCMC.
- Working time: Full time from Monday to Friday and Saturday morning.
1. Job Description
- Handle customer inquiries by telephone, email and other means of communication;
- Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls, include but not limited to Customer welcome calls, premium reminding, and lapsed calls in a timely manner;
- Identify customers’ needs and provide solutions and/or alternatives if cannot resolve during the first call, escalate unresolved problems immediately to management and follow up to ensure resolution is met;
- Build relationships and engage customers by taking the extra serives to provide pleasant customer experience;
- Maintain high rate of FCR (First call resolution) and minimum CAR (Call abandon rate);
- Keep records of all conversations in the company’s database in a comprehensible method;
- Produce call reports and do analysis on call data;
- Follow up payments and required documents from clients and business partners.
- Allocate work to staffs.
- Involve in ad-hoc projects assigned by the direct supervisor;
- Prepare and report to Operation Manager.
- Lodge tax returns, issuing invoices, provide administrative support to accountants.
- Follow up and update all IT problems and solutions with IT staffs.
- Other tasks assigned by manager.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Customer management system experience preferred;
- Testing system experience preferred;
- Excellent in English is a must (all 4 skills: Listening, Speaking, Writing, Reading);
- Customer service oriented & Good knowledge of MS Office applications;
- Good interpersonal and communication skills (oral & written);
- Good time management skill, and able to prioritize work to ensure efficiency;
- Has a positive attitude and is a fast learner;
- Able to work under high pressure environment and able to work independently as well as in a team;
- Ability to process requests with accuracy and deliver within service standards;
- Willing to take on additional responsibilities/task when assigned;
- Candidates with no experience are welcome as training will be provided.
