Location: Delta International Logistics Office, No 25, Street no. 55, Thanh My Loi Ward, Thu Duc City, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam
Working Hours: Monday – Friday (8:00–12:00, 13:30-17:30), alternate Saturdays
Salary Range: 9–14 million VND + Performance Bonus
Job Description:
- Serve as the primary point of contact between clients and internal departments within the logistics company.
- Directly receive service requests from customers (import-export companies and international agents) and proactively develop logistics solutions aligned with buyer/seller responsibilities under Incoterms 2020. Prepare and send company service quotations to clients.
- Possess in-depth knowledge of all operational activities at both container ports and bulk cargo terminals.
- Have a thorough understanding of the service routes of both international and domestic container carriers operating in Vietnam.
- Experienced in negotiating with shipping lines to secure booking releases according to customer-required service routes.
- Proactively update clients on shipment status and promptly resolve any arising issues.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally, ensuring effective service recovery and customer satisfaction.
Yêu cầu công việc
- College/University degree in Foreign Trade, Logistics, or related majors.
- At least 2 year experience in customer service in logistics or shipping.
- Strong experience in working with carriers, agents, and vendors, with well-developed soft skills to confidently negotiate and propose optimal solutions to meet client needs.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Proactive, customer-focused, and detail-oriented.
- Able to communicate in English (speaking/writing).
