Customer Service Executive - Temp

Labor contract duration: 8 months Working Location: Road No.7, Long Khanh IZ, Long Khanh city, Dong Nai Responsibilities: - Receiving and processing purchase orders. - Issuing sales transaction invoices. - Verifying orders, including customers' personal information and payment details. - Contacting customers by phone or email to answer queries and obtain missing information. - Maintaining and updating sales and customer records. - Check closely delivery date and plan to book truck with transport company - Compiling monthly sales reports. - Expediting orders through internal liaison. - Direct feedback from customers to relevant departments. - Identifying new products to add to those on offer. - Supporting the sales department with other administrative tasks, if requested. - Receive transportation information and then do in system to get delivery note and post order / E-invoice to give warehouse stockkeeper and driver. - Follow up and handle occurring issues in delivery period such as broken trucks, exchange trucks, delay - Receive goods return requests from customers or sales team, and compile documents according to Goods - Other tasks as requested

Work Experience: - College/ Bachelor's degree in supply chain, logistics, business administration or a similar field - At least 2 years of experience in the same position or related experience Business Understanding: Understanding supply chain/ logistics procedures, economics, etc. Others (e.g., language skills, technical skills): Intermediate level in speaking & writing in English
