Customer Service (Female, Age: 21 - 28)

About the role and responsibilities:

• Receive order, input data into system, process order

• Inform delivery date to customer

• Arrange shipment on time to customer

• Maintain service, relationship with customer

• Follow up customer's outstanding list with Finance

• Handle/ solve customer's complaint

• Handle all orther enquiries/ requests from customer

• Good English skills in listening, speaking, writing,reading

• Good problem- solving skill

• Good communication/ negotiation skill

• Proactive, dynamic, integrity, careful, teamwwork

• Able to work under high pressure

• Chinese speaking ability is favourable
