Customer Service For AIR Export Shipment

- Be responsible for accurate shipping docs and follow up shipping schedule.

- Check and issue all related docs for air outbound shipments (Pre-alert / Air waybill / Manifest / Credit Note / Debit Note etc…)

- Follow-up on export shipments until shipment completed.

- Support and solve all requirements of customer

- Ensure all charges and related docs are collected from Customer / Over-sea partner / Local agent and report to Operation Manager if any charge or documents are pending timely

- Constant care is required in order to ensure all tasks are carried out timely and correctly

- Other duties assigned by Managers & Director.

Requirements:

- 2-3 years of experience in customer service for air export shipments.

- Strong communication skills and the ability to resolve issues quickly and effectively.

- Good at English

- Knowledge of export procedures and related documents (Pre-alert, Air waybill, Manifest, Credit Note, Debit Note, etc.).

- Detail-oriented, careful, and able to work under pressure.

- Teamwork skills and self-management capability.

- Proficient in office software and relevant shipping applications.
