Job description
• Provide digital assistance to customers.
• Perform customer verification.
• Process orders, forms, applications and requests.
• Record details of inquiries, comments , complaints and actions taken.
• Follow up with customers to ensure high-level satisfaction and determining future requirements.
Job requirements
• Able in written and spoken English.
• Good problem-solving skills with calm and patient attitude.
• Must relocate to Makati City Philippines to onboard onsite.
• Ability to deliver high levels of service with minimal supervision.
• Demonstrate trust, openness and respect in dealings with people.
• Must relocate to Sri Lanka to start work.
