Job Description: Customer Service
• Promote customers satisfaction by interacting with customer politely and resolving customer enquiries efficiently through careful analysis case by case of situations.
• Interact with customers and ensure that they have a pleasant experience and to monitor our customers activities in order to support customer needs and preferences.
• Actively engage with customers by attending efficiently to their inquiries and concerns via Live Chat, phone and social media and compile a report on overall customers satisfaction.
• Ensure the system is efficiently used by the team and meet the standard to utilize and allocate resources to ensure 24/7 service.
• To identify problems and develop solutions. Must prioritize action plans and engage the team to solve problems.
• Make contribution to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed in order to make the team even greater success and must have a good attitude and willingness to help each other to ensure a whole smooth operation.
• Possesses good communication skills and well mannered.
• High qualification or Degree is not required.
• Basic computer knowledge including Microsoft Excel & Word.
• To be based in Cambodia.
• Age requirement: 18 - 35 years old.
