Job Description
- Be in-charge of customer report.
- Manage information channels, including social network to assist customers approaching the project policies and promotions.
- Manage gifts and vouchers in special events to customers.
- Propose a plan and suggestion to upgrade products/ service based on customer’s demand.
- Develop/ update customer policies for all products and publish on the information channels.
- Manage brand development strategy before, in and after sales.
- Propose and manage budget for customer service.
- Consult and provide professional training to customer service officers.
Job Requirements
- Must have working experiences at E-commerce industry.
- Deep knowledge about business, retailing, and customer service.
- Have knowledge about e-grocery / Ecommerce is an advantage.
