***Responsibilities
• Manage the day-to-day operation of Customer Service to be effective and efficient.
• Identify and drive improvements to ensure excellence in customer experience, timely delivery of services, optimum productivity, and effective management of resources.
• Set customer satisfaction goals and take appropriate actions to achieve them.
• Develop/Revise service procedures, guidelines, and service standards
• Work with managers in other departments to resolve issues or complaints.
• Recruit, train, and coach the team to deliver a high standard of customer service.
• Analyze data, statistics and assess the department’s progress to find way to enhance services.

***Note: working week, from Monday to Saturday but 5 days/week.
