1. Workflow management
• Manage the day-to-day operation of Customer Service to be effective and efficient at every customer contact points, following to Lotte Department Store’s regulation.
• Remind, training onsite for cases of violations or improper implementation of the service standards.
• Identify and drive improvements to ensure excellence in customer experience.
• Work with managers in other departments to resolve issues or complaints.
• 2. Customer Service Strategy
• Develop/Revise service procedures, guidelines, and service standards
• Propose new solutions/ services to improve customer’s experiences at Lotte Department Store
3. VIP customers managing
• In charge of managing the VIP service, VIP lounge team at high quality.
• Increase the satisfaction, sales of VIP customers.
4. Training
• Ensure all Lotte Department Store staffs and brand staffs are trained on Lotte Department Store’s service before starting work.
• Keep updating and renew training materials for brand staffs.
• Directing training about professional or advanced services.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
• Bachelor, preferred candidates majored in Hospitality, Tourism, Service Management
• At least 05 year of experiences in Customer Service, preferred candidates working in international and luxury hotels, resorts, restaurants
• Have experiences in leading a team
• Strong communication skills both English and Vietnamese (Know Korean is an advantage).
• Various demand of clients, pressure to deal with complaints
• High level of communication ability and problem solving skills.
• Customer-centric service-minded people with ethics
