• Maintains standard of work and systems and procedure as appropriate.
• Performs all tasks in accordance with quality procedures to achieve customer satisfaction and smooth work flow.
• Supports marketing and sales initiatives.
• Provides feedback regarding increase/decrease of business as base for appropriate management decision making.
• Receives customer enquiries and initiates appropriate action after liaison with the respective Manager/Supervisor and CS team.
• Responds to potential customer enquiries in a timely and professional manner which will commend the company.
• Responds to customer complaints in a timely manner.
• Maintains records and reports in an organized manner.
• Take decisions in relation to the concern duties for efficient fulfillment of overall purpose of the job.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Bachelor degree
- At least 7 Years of experience in customer service role
- Good at English
- Leader/Supervisor position.
