Working location: Cambodia
Job Responsibilities:
• Responsible for acquiring new & existing clients through outbound call base on the lead provided by the company and initiate own sales campaign.
• Provide excellent customer services and ensure client satisfaction.
• Support clients phone or chat in a non-scripted environment by providing the right solution in the best way.
• Identify, diagnose, and troubleshoot customer issues (e.g. issues around streaming, billing, account settings, etc.) in a professional manner and provide general question assistance.

*** 工作内容:
- 通过电话或通讯软体与高端潜在用户取得联系,开发潜在客户,并主动提供客户咨询询问;
- 透过网路、电话及通讯软体与客户维持良好关系,回覆解决顾客疑问,维持高度客户关系;
- 提供客户最新活动讯息告知、优惠方案及促销活动通知;
- 建立、记录并维护客户资料;
- 挖掘 VIP 用户需求,为用户提供专业的咨询服务,以降低用户流失,提升用活度;
- 对流失玩家进行其他游戏平台的引导;
- 其它主管交办事项 。
Job Requirements
• Experienced in sales & marketing is preferred. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Full-board training and coaching will be provided.
• You have a genuine interest in iGaming and eager to learn more.
• Good command of Mandarin. Mandarin typing speed 30 characters (above) / min.
• Highly developed all round interpersonal and communication skills.
• Good work ethic, creative, and hardworking.
