MAIN RESPONSIBILITY:
Responsible for Sales Order Delivery processes in compliance with company’s Supply Chain strategy in order to ensure strong support for sales in goods delivery, coordinate with other departments for company Business running smoothly.
Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Receipt of orders/delivery request from commercial team, SSO, customers or Brenntag connect platform
2. Enter orders receipt on SAP system & doing further step to make sure order delivery on time.
3. Check & feedback to Commercial team (if any) the relevant information such as low or negative GP margin, available inventory, allocation inventory to customer or credit issue (overdue or over credit limit) to get approval before orders processing.
4. Follow up the order's status
5. Collaborate with Warehouse & Delivery team to do daily delivery
6. Follow up the cash collection of orders term COD
7. Receipt & solving the customer's complaint relevant to order delivery including document,
8. Proceed return order, issue credit note, debit note to customer
9. Respond to customer on Fresh_chat quickly

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
• Relevant Bachelors (Business Administration/ Foreign Trade/ Import –Export)
• 2+ years of experience Sales Delivery, Logistics, Customer Service.
• Ability to operate in SAP
• Working experience in the chemicals industry/ distribution and logistics is an advantage
• Ability to manage complexity and change in a dynamic environment
• Strong work organizational skills and analytical skills
