Customer Service Officer - Văn Phòng

• We are seeking a passionate and skilled Customer Service Officer with approximately 1 years of experience to join our dynamic team.

• You will play a key role in handling customer’s inquiries, resolving issues, providing proactive outreach and managing complaints.

• This position offers the opportunity to work on innovative projects from concept through production.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive and handle customer requests promptly and efficiently.

• Provide product, service, and technical support information to customers.

• Build and maintain good relationships with customers through various communication channels.

• Monitor order progress and ensure timely delivery.

• Resolve customer issues and complaints in a professional manner.

• Coordinate with other departments to achieve the company’s overall goals.

• Contribute ideas to improve workflows and enhance customer service quality.

Working time: 8 hours per day, from Monday to Friday every week and the first, the third Saturdays of every month.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or relevant field;

• At least 1 year of experience in customer service or related field.

• Prefer in technical, industrial, automation field.

Skills:

• Good communication skills in both Vietnamese and English.

• Ability to solve problems quickly and effectively.

• Positive attitude and ability to work independently.

• Excellent organizational and time management skills.

• Good understanding of the market and products in the industry.

• Willingness to learn and a strong desire for personal and professional growth.

SALARY RANGE:

Based on Candidate’s experience and ability, Gross salary is from VND 9,000,000 to VND 12,000,000 per month;
