We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team in Vietnam and contribute to our mission of delivering high-quality solutions to our customers.
Job Purpose:
The Customer Service Representative at GME Chemicals Viet Nam will play a crucial role in strengthening customer relationships and ensuring efficient service delivery. This position requires an experienced individual who can effectively handle customer inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and support the sales team in achieving its goals, all while driving customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
• Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback, ensuring timely and satisfactory resolutions.
• Oversee the processing of customer orders from initiation to delivery, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Coordinate closely with the sales teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Analyze customer feedback and work with management to enhance service quality and improve business workflows.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, understanding their needs and ensuring they are met.
Yêu cầu công việc
Qualifications:
• Diploma-level education.
• Proven experience as a Customer Service Representative, with at least 1-3 years of relevant experience
• Strong understanding of customer service principles and practices, preferably in the polymer or related industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage challenging customer situations with diplomacy and professionalism.
• Proficiency in accounting system software, databases, and tools
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• A team player with a positive attitude and strong problem-solving skills.
