Customer Service Representative (Night Shift - Texas Hours | On-Site Office)

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team in Da Nang. This is a full-time position working night shift hours to support our clients in the Texas time zone. * Key Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and potentially chat to clients in the Texas time zone.

• Respond to and resolve customer inquiries, requests, and complaints in a timely and professional manner.

• Accurately process customer information and update records.

• Troubleshoot customer issues and escalate complex cases as needed.

• Maintain a thorough understanding of our products and services.

• Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction.

* Working Hours:

This is a full-time position requiring 40 hours per week, with a night shift schedule to align with Texas business hours. Specific hours will be discussed during the interview process.

• Proven experience in a customer service role is preferred.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

• IELTS 6.0+ certification or equivalent English proficiency.

• Demonstrated honesty and attention to detail.

• Strong problem-solving and time-management skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Flexibility to work night shift hours (aligning with Texas time).

• Basic computer proficiency.
