Customer Service Senior Officer

In the expansion of the branch in Ha Noi, we are recruiting qualified candidates for the post of Customer Service Senior Officer. Objective of the role: To process operation services such as Cash Withdrawal/Deposit; Account Opening; Fixed Deposit; Domestic Remittance; ATM & 247 operation Duties and Responsibilities: - Daily perform to branch for operation services - Receive and handle unusual transactions - Coordinate with customers, related parties to handle complaints - Prepare reports and statistics periodically and as required - Perform other tasks as assigned by direct management

- Education: Finance-Banking/Economics - Degree, Certificate: Bachelor or higher degree - Experience: at least 3 years working in banks/financial organizations - Knowledge, skill and abilities: + Well understanding in banking services + Well understanding the process of operation services & related provisions + Logical and creative thinking + Good communication of Vietnamese, English (speaking, writing).
