• Process orders, including collecting shipping information and processing payments
• Provide information about products and services including pricing, availability, delivery options, and order status
• Provide customer support via email, phone, or social media channels such as Facebook, Tiktok
• Respond to questions about products, shipping, returns, exchanges, and other topics
• Provide customer service and troubleshooting issues with various ecommerce platforms such as Lazada, Shopee, Tiki, etc.
• Answer questions about products, shipping rates, billing issues, return policies, etc.
• Create and maintaining records of customer interactions with the company or its affiliates
• Handle returns, exchanges, and other customer service issues related to online purchases.
• Escalate customer queries and concerns where appropriate.
• Partner with team and other departments to provide appropriate solutions.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
• 2+ years of experience in terms of customer service
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong attention to detail and grammar
• Strong data entry/typing skills
• Confidence and proven ability to provide customer support via phone, email, and chat platforms
• Good judgment and decision-making in accordance with policies and procedures
• Well-rounded technology capability and reliable internet connection to ensure all systems, both hardware and software, are functioning properly
• Access to a dedicated, quiet workspace.
