Our story still has many pages to be written and we are now seeking a Customer Service Specialist to be an integral part of the team driving business growth through a collaborative approach with the various teams.
YOUR ROLE
• Provide exceptional customer service to a portfolio of Australian and Southeast Asian clients.
• Research market and client flavour opportunities, creating detailed work briefs for internal stakeholders to support portfolio business growth.
• Undertake administrative tasks, including data entry and record-keeping.
• Ensure seamless execution of tasks and projects, taking pride in accountability and delivery.
• This is an office-based role located in Ho Chi Minh City, District 2. The working hours are from Monday to Saturday.
• Undertake ad hoc tasks as directed by the Commercial Director

YOUR SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
To be a complimentary fit for this role you will have:
• Must be fluent in English (written and spoken), confident in speaking with Australian team
• Proactive and positive "can do" attitude
• Fluent in English (both written and spoken)
• Experience serving foreign clients
• Superior organisational and time management skills
• Flexible, adaptable, resourceful, and diligent
• Excellent attention to detail and problem solving skills
• Experience working in a cohesive team environment
• Valid passport and willingness to travel outside Vietnam
