Customer Service Staff

- Plan customer orders as a function of planning team capacities and customer requirements.

- Ensure readiness of cargo for each shipment by coordinating with planning team, warehouse and quality and overlook Finished Goods stock.

- Avoid customer production line disruption leading to costs such as premium airfreights or expedited deliveries.

- Build customer’s forecast plan based on customer stock and production requirements to be proactive on sales fluctuations and analyze the market trends.

- Build factory sales forecast plan and follow actual weekly sales. Analyze the gaps if any.

- Ensure communication with customers and achieve customer satisfaction by answering customer needs or coordinating with dedicated Sales or Project Management teams.

- 2-3 years’ experience as the same position

- Engineering or Business degree

- English communication

- Good at Computer software and application such as Office Excel

- Knowledge of the automotive market and its industry is a plus.
