Customer Service Staff

1. Handle nomination shipments from agents, manifest submission.

2. Supporting to check sailing schedule which suitable customer’s inquiry

3. Contact with customer for all necessary procedure supports

4. Key into internal system for booking

5. Help to solve the trouble case for customers

6. Report to manager or upper level when required

7. Complete the assigned job when required

1. Have experience in Sea Import

2. Experience in freight forwarding company

3. Good collaboration and multitasking skills, highly discipline and can take the pressure

4. Computer skill is required

• Prepare and verify shipping documents (AWB, commercial invoices, packing lists,

certificates of origin, etc.).

• Work closely with carriers, overseas agents, customs brokers, and local authorities

to ensure compliance with import regulations.

• Communicate and update clients on shipment status, delays, and solutions

proactively.

• Minimum 1-3 years of experience in sea import / export operations or freight forwarding.

• Proficiency in English (speaking and writing)

• Working Place: Ha Noi

• Working time: 8:00 – 17:30 Monday - Friday (Close Saturday & Sunday)

• Annual Leave: 12 days/year (after probation time)

• Salary: Negotiable (13 months a year plus Tet bonus & Annual performance bonus)
