- Look after day to day Customer Service & Documentation issue
- Receive PO from customer and make plan for material, sent PR to Purchasing Department.
- Assist sales persons for sales activities with space management & on time customer service.
- Ensure the complete and timely delivery of freight by attaining knowledge from clients in order to satisfy their needs and completing paperwork that meets stringent requirements.
- Identify transactions and tasks that require special handling, recommend improved processes to management and implement resolutions within assigned scope of responsibility.
Work place: Lot B1-3, Street N0.3, Long Hau IP, Long Hau commune, Can Giuoc District, Long An Province
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- 1-2 years of experience in CS
- Computer skills: Microsoft Word, Excel, and Power Point.
- Good communication skill, negotiation and presentation skills
- Can-do attitude
- Adaptability to change
- Ability to work under pressure to achieve target
