Customer Service Staff

• Smooth handling all sea/air export shipment as per company’s standard operating procedure.

• Maintain good customer service relationships with customers.

• Follow up and control subcontractors during handling door to door shipments.

• Updating customer profiles.

• Full support Sales’ enquiries for achieving sales goals.

• Complaint solving in time

• Make reports to Operation Director as requested.

• Other service tasks assigned by management.

• Specialized in Economics, Foreign Trade University or Export fields

• EXPERIENCE: Knowledge of logistics or Im - Export fields; at least 2 years of relevant working experience in the related field jobs.

• Use good application Outlook, Word, Excel.

• Foreign language: Knowing Chinese is preferable.

• Ability to work under pressure.

• Thoughtful, honest, dynamic, good communication.
