Mô Tả Công Việc
• This position plays a key role in the strategy for reducing workload in non-core operations and allows to allocate more resources to core business.
• Tracing support is responsible for the daily monitoring of outbound shipments from shipping origin through delivery to the destination. This focus is to ensure on time delivery to the destination.
• This position has a direct impact on our ability to meet our customer’s expectation as well as play a vital role in achieving customer satisfaction.
Duties and Responsibilities:
► Cargo tracking/tracing
• Follow up the cargo status for ocean export freight in shared files/ Internal systems to update status of shipment from ATD – ATA Port/ Destination/ Door.
• Master BPO Tracing format as well as client’s exclusive files.
• Monitor shipments & follow tracing timeline daily/ weekly to update and inform related Departments.
• Understand shipping schedule, vessels for LCL/ FCL shipments based on tracking tools.
• Be in charge of Accounts assigned by Manager.
► Reporting
• Maintain databases and perform updates as necessary to ensure the accuracy.
• Accurately collect and analyze data for various types of business reports.
• Report the results of data analysis in written and verbal form to managers.
• Support various departments in reaching their goals through data analysis.
• Monitor data to identify changes in business trends to catch up the market situation.
► Tender Support
• Support Tender Management team in SEOHQ.
• Support to all other departments with tender-related issues.
• Manage the time to submit tender timely and correctly.
• Others as assigned.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
• Bachelor’s degree, preferred in Economics, International Trade, Foreign Trade, or related fields.
• At least 2 years of experience working in the Logistic industry or global forwarding companies.
• Experience with all aspects of operation procedures.
• Proficient with Microsoft office such as: Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, especially excellence in Excel (Pivot) is preferred.
• Good verbal and written communication skill in both English and Vietnamese.
• Good interpersonal and customer service skill.
• Good organizational skill and attention to detail.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skill.
• Good time management skill.
• Strong self-motivation.
Compensation and Benefits:
• Working Place: 6 floor, Indochina Plaza Hanoi Residences, 241 Xuan Thuy, Cau Giay, Hanoi.
• Working Time: 08:00 - 17:35, Monday to Friday.
