Customer Service Staff (Chinese Speaking)

- Support Sales Manager for sale team jobs: take care customers, make pricing and offering quotation to customers when needed…

- Contact with overseas agent to check update rate for Sale Dept

- Prepare Freight/ Local Quotation and report to Korean Manager Salesman.

- Maintain and develop good relationship with customers, explain to customers about forwarding & logistics process, advise customers suitable options for handling service, understand customers’ needs and co-ordinate to fulfill their needs.

- Check with Operation team about shipment status, explain to customer and solution to solve problems (if any) when have issues.

- Report to manager if any issue happen and support to solve problem.

- Other tasks will be assigned by Managers.

- Age under 35 years old, female is preferred

- Bachelor’s/College's Degree in a business field such as Import – Export, Logistics, Economics, Foreign Economics, Foreign Trade…

- Have experiences in forwarding and logistics with knowledge and practice.

- Good at Chinese (speaking, listening, reading, writing)

- Good communication with customers and suppliers.

- Active, cooperative, customer service mind, problem solving skill.

- Willing to work overtime, weekend…
