This position will be providing sales administration support for the properties within the Company’s portfolio.
1. Job summary:
. Deal with, take/respond to email, and hotline inquiries from customers
. Assist agents/prospects' viewing of show units and apartment
. Generate the sales/ lease forms and agreements including new, update and renewal ones
. Track and follow up with collection of sales / lease transactions
. Prepare and process the finance related payment request form for processing the payment related to sales/lease transactions including agent commissions.
. Update all sales/ lease related policy
. Report the sales/ leasing on a monthly basis or on request
. Communicate internally and report the feedback from customers
. When required for lease admins, coordinate with the relevant teams to set up the lease apartment, conduct handover and exit procedure, coordinate with the building/ apartment management team to address the occupiers' inquiries.
. Properly file all relevant documents
. Assist on other administrative tasks in the sales/leasing team

• Qualifications: Diploma
• Technical skills: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Customer Service mindset
• Personal attributes: Excellent interpersonal skill
• Good in speaking and writing in English
• At least 2 years in relevant experience in sales administration.
