Department: Customer Service / Supply Chain / Quality Assurance
Work Location: Yen Phong Industrial Zone Extension, Bac Ninh
- Support order processing, shipment planning, and delivery status updates to customers.
- Coordinate with internal departments (Production, Warehouse, QA) to follow up on order progress and resolve related issues.
- Assist in updating customer records, quality documents, delivery notes, and handling customer feedback/complaints.
- Participate in tracking delivery performance, customer satisfaction, and quality-related KPIs.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives, 5S, ISO activities, or internal audits when applicable.
Yêu cầu công việc
- 3rd or final-year student majoring in Economics, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Quality Management, Commerce, or related fields.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and able to read/understand basic English technical documents.
- Good communication skills, detail-oriented, collaborative, and proactive.
- Interest in industrial manufacturing, customer service, and process coordination.
- Available for at least 3 months (full-time or flexible part-time).
