At MyStorage, we believe customer relationships don’t end at the sale - they begin there. Our Customer Success team is at the heart of our retention and upsell strategy, working closely with customers to deliver exceptional service and long-term value.
We’re looking for a Customer Success Manager with 1–2 years of experience in customer-facing roles, ideally with a focus on loyalty, upselling, and client engagement in a fast-moving, service-oriented environment.
In this role, you’ll lead customer retention and health-check initiatives while identifying upsell opportunities and building long-term loyalty with our customers.
What You’ll Do
● Own the customer lifecycle from post-sale onboarding through renewal and expansion
● Conduct regular customer health checks and resolve any issues proactively
● Design and execute loyalty programs, surveys, and reward campaigns
● Build relationships with existing customers to improve retention and lifetime value
● Identify upsell opportunities and work closely with Sales to convert them
● Collaborate with Operations and Marketing to deliver exceptional customer experiences
● Support the Sales team with contract procedures, renewals, and documentation
● Provide insights on customer feedback to improve our products and services

What We’re Looking For
● 1-2 years of experience in customer success, account management, or client service
● A people-first mindset with strong empathy and communication skills
● Results-driven and organized, with attention to detail and follow-through
● Experience running loyalty, referral, or retention programs is a plus
● Good spoken and written English
● Proactive team player comfortable working cross-functionally in a growing startup
