At Myli, the Customer Success team guarantees an impeccable customer experience. You will participate in making Myli an essential tool for the daily management of the influence of its customers and make them true ambassadors. To do this, you will have to know the Myli tools at your fingertips and use your interpersonal and customer service skills to respond effectively to requests from our partners. Your number one goal? Satisfy them to the point that they can no longer separate themselves from us.
Myli aims to expand its business in Vietnam. Most of your work will focus on French customers, but you will also have to ensure the integration of new Vietnamese customers.
Your daily missions :
- Follow the status of our customers' accounts to ensure the correct configuration of their tool (French customers)
- You will be in charge of the deployment of our customers' new products following the appointments made by the Account Management team (French customers)
- Escalate advanced or technical requests to the team leader (French customers)
- You will be responsible for perfect communication with the sales teams (French customers)
- Ensure the onboarding of Vietnamese customers

- Young graduate (university leaving or 1 year of experience)
- Have an impeccable written and oral expression (in French and Vietnamese)
