- Handle customer inquiries by telephone, email, and other means of communication
- Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research issues and provide solutions
- Give feedback effectively according to customer service process
- Follow up on customers’ pending issues with relevant parties to ensure their closure in a timely manner
- Prepare reports of customer activities.
- Keep records of all conversations/comments/complaints/inquiries in the company’s call center database in a comprehensible method
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Good communication skills in English and Vietnamese
- Process working experience in digital banking areas/ customer service is an advantage
- Ability to process requests with accuracy and deliver within service standards
