What you will do:
- Support customers to feedback on questions relating to products and services's features, terms & conditions, the process of opening and usage of products and services of the company through supporting channels
- Listening and monitoring customer feedback about products and services through communication channels and social networks, thereby synthesizing customer opinions, giving opinions, and proposing product improvements, services, sales promotion programs and propose solutions to handle the communication crisis
- Update product regulations, new policies, promotions of the company
- Report on consulting, support, complaint handling and market survey activities
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the direct manager in accordance with the capacity and scope of work
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- At least 02-year experience in a customer service environment
- Good communication with great listening skills
- Great customer service mindset with a cooperative spirit
- Critical thinking going along with problem-solving skill
- Familiar with Contact Center Systems
- Reporting skill
