Customs Declaration Officer (Nhân Viên Chứng Từ Khai Báo Hải Quan)

• Declare various types of customs forms on ECUS VNACCS.

• Search for HS codes, import/export tax schedules, and classify goods according to the tariff coding system.

• Prepare and check import/export documents and specialized permits.

• Advise and guide customers on the customs declaration process for import and export cargo.

• Handle all import-export customs clearance procedures efficiently and accurately.

• Maintain good relationships with customs officers to ensure smooth operations.

• Coordinate with the Documentation Department and other teams to declare customs for customers.

• Work with trucking companies to arrange delivery to clients.

• Take responsibility for resolving any customs-related issues and report directly to the General Manager.

• Other tasks will be discussed in the interview.

Working location: No. 7, Street 46, Ward 2, District 4, Ho Chi Minh City

Working hours: Monday – Friday: 8:00 – 17:00 | Saturday: 8:00 – 12:00

Probation period: 2 months

• Age: 22 – 30

• Graduated from University or College majoring in Foreign Trade, Economics, Import-Export, or related fields.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Email, and Internet tools.

• At least 2 years of experience in customs clearance and C/O (Certificate of Origin) processing.

• Strong understanding of customs declaration regulations and import-export permits.

• Good English proficiency (both written and spoken).

• Chinese communication skills are a strong advantage.
