• Receive bookings and service requests from customers and Sales teams; provide professional guidance on transportation procedures, vessel/flight schedules, and required documentation.
• Coordinate with shipping lines, airlines, carriers, agents, and partners to secure space, obtain competitive freight rates, calculate costs, and prepare accurate quotations.
• Follow up on customer feedback and work closely with the Business Development team to ensure competitive and effective pricing.
• Prepare, verify, and manage shipping documentation including SI, HBL, MBL, Invoice, Packing List, and other related documents.
• Coordinate with the OPS team to issue Sales Instructions for each shipment, monitor shipment progress from cargo receipt to final delivery, and provide timely updates and support to customers throughout the transportation process.
• Handle operational incidents such as delays, damage, disputes, or unexpected situations, ensuring effective and professional resolution.
• Prepare Profit/Loss reports for each shipment for MD approval; track commissions and UTM payments, and coordinate with the Accounting Department for payment follow-up.
• Compile and update regular sales performance and customer reports; ensure professional communication and excellent customer service at all times.
• Collaborate closely with Operations, Pricing, Sales, Accounting, and other related departments to ensure service quality, efficiency, and compliance with shipment timelines, cut-off deadlines, and vessel/flight schedules.
• Maintain and develop strong customer relationships, handle complaints professionally, propose appropriate solutions, and perform post-shipment customer care to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Country Manager.
Yêu cầu công việc
• Minimum 3 years of experience.
• Strong communication, teamwork, email writing, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Professional attitude with a high sense of responsibility.
• Good understanding of logistics services, international logistics, import/export, and freight forwarding (transportation, warehousing, and related procedures) is an advantage.
• Strong ability in cost calculation, quotation preparation, and profit/loss analysis.
