[Merchandising Management]

Establish merchandising strategies for product display layouts, categories, and quantities

Monitor sales and traffic trends to improve merchandising direction

[Visual Management]

Designing visual materials that align with the store concept

Order, produce, and manage the schedule for visual materials procurement

Supervision of visual materials installation and space setup

Manage inventory for VM, product display materials

Ensure all Brand VMD guideline are followed.

Ensure all displayed samples are in good condition.

Displayed samples loss control.

- Bachelor degree of marketing /business administration or equivalent.

- 2+ year relevant work experience in merchandising experience for Well-known companies in Retail/Fashion/Cosmetics...

- Independent, self-motivated with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

- Good analytical skills and high adaptability in a fast-moving environment.

- English communication skills, able to communicate in Korean is an advantage.

• Problem solving, self-organized and project management in detailed manner

Knowledge:

• Product and design knowledges

• Understanding Sales, Display, and Planogram

• Understanding of consumer electronics products and market trends

• Merchandising technique

Skill

• Proficiency in implementing planogram and maintaining product layouts as guided by the subsidiary

• Proficiency in using design tools that store needs

• Creative flair and a keen eye for design, with the ability to create visually appealing displays

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with cross functional teams

• Flexibility to adapt to a fast paced work environment
