D2C Stock Management Specialist - Hanoi

[Inventory Management] 1. Check the inventory balance between the computer system and the actual inventory regularly. 2. Place orders based on sales trends, demand forecasts to maintain an adequate inventory level. 3. Register incoming products in the computer system and confirm that the quantity ordered matches the quantity received. 4. Inventory loss control. 5. Follow up daily deliveries or shipment to store. 6. Ranking aging products in store and propose efficient solutions. [Storage Environment Management] 1. Maintain and manage the appropriate environment for product storage (temperature, humidity, etc.) 2. Continuously optimize warehouse layout for storage and operational efficiency 3. Adhere to safety protocols and regulatory compliance related to stock handling and storage, maintaining a safe and organized stockroom environment

- Bachelor degree of Marketing /Business administration or equivalent. - 2+ years relevant work experience in Operations Management and Customer Experience/Customer Service Management for Well-known companies in Retail/Fashion/Cosmetics/Hospitality... - Independent, self-motivated with excellent interpersonal and communication skills. - Good analytical skills and high adaptability in a fast-moving environment. - Excellent English skills, able to communicate in Korean is an advantage. - Knowledge: + Product identification knowledges + Experience in basic supply chain processes including ordering, and replenishing stocks - Skill: + Good organizational & planning skills + Analysis to predict demand based on sales trends + Adaptability and flexibility on changes in inventory processes + Effective schedule management in stocking processes to prevent stockouts + Ability to work collaboratively with cross functional teams and stakeholders - Attitude: + Diligence and precision in managing inventory records tasks, with attention to detail in any situation + Responsibility for efficient store stock management
