- Keeping and saving documents of the After-Sales Department (AFS), such as: program of customer caring, fleet customer, accident repair service…
- Checking documents/ evidences for the after-sales program:
+ Discount evidences
+ Dealer invoice, repair sheet…
- Printing the warranty books, some simple documents;
- Supporting other AFS members for some admin tasks as assigned.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Gender: Male; Opening for fresh;
- Proficiency in Excel (Macro, VBA, Query...), Data analytical skills;
- Having a knowledge of SQL software, BI excel is plus;
- Temporary working in 06 months;
- Basic English communication (Toeic ≥ 500);
- Good command of MS Office;
- Carefulness, detail – oriented, hard -working, eager to learn and proactive person.
