Data Analyst

* Main tasks • Conduct comprehensive data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights related to online lending loan products. Use data to drive informed decision-making and optimize lending processes. • Perform risk-related analysis to assess the creditworthiness of loan applicants, identify potential fraud risks, and develop strategies, data products, models, indicators to mitigate lending risks. • Collaborate with BU perform data checking rules with BU in system. • Assess, evaluate, implement vendor data solutions related to online lending to enhance risk control, customer experience, and data enrichment. • Generate regular reports and dashboards to communicate data-driven findings and recommendations to BU and management team. • Conduct market research from local market practice to propose data application ideas to team. * Key performance index - Non-financial Aspect The successful candidate must be data-oriented thinking, strong problem solving skill thorough data analysis, and can manage multiple assignments while producing quality work under tight deadlines.

* Professional requirement • A bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Finance, Economics, Data Science, Business Analytics). • 3+ years of experience in data analysis, specifically in the online lending or financial services sector. • Familiar in data analysis tools and programming languages (e.g., Excel, SQL, Python, Looker). • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Familiarity with risk assessment in the lending industry. • Excellent communication skills and the ability to present complex data findings to non-technical stakeholders. • Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to data accuracy and quality. • Ability to independently manage several projects simultaneously and operate under tight deadlines and competing priorities. * Most challenging and difficult parts Need to reflect swiftly toward different task through data analysis to strongly support early stage business steadiness and risk control. * Requirements - Education: Bachelor’s degree. - Work experience • 3+ years of experience in data analysis, specifically in the online lending or financial services sector. - Language skill • Proficient in Vietnamese and either English or Chinese is a must. - Certificate • Data Analysis related certificate is a plus
