Data Analytics Manager

1/ Data analytics:

- Mine and analyze data from company and third-party databases (if & where applicable) to drive optimization and improvement of key business / operations metrics
- Assess the effectiveness and accuracy of new data sources and data gathering techniques
- Managing and designing the reporting environment, including data sources, security, and metadata
- Supporting the data warehouse in identifying and revising reporting requirements
- Supporting initiatives for data integrity and normalization
- Develop custom data models and algorithms to apply to data sets using machine learning techniques
- Use predictive modeling to increase and optimize customer experiences, revenue generation, ad targeting and other business outcomes
- Helping develop reports and analysis from single or multiple systems using BI (Business Intelligence) tools such as PowerBI, Qlik, Tableau etc
- Coordinate with different functional teams to implement models and monitor outcomes
- Develop processes and tools to monitor and analyze model performance and data accuracy
- Identify, design, and implement internal process improvements: automating manual processes, optimizing data delivery, re-designing infrastructure for greater scalability, etc.
- Work with analytics tools that utilize the data pipeline to provide actionable insights into customer acquisition / retention, distribution channel performance & optimization, operational efficiency and other key business performance metrics that can lead to transformation initiatives that can drive superior customer experience
- Processing confidential data and information according to guidelines
2/ Risk Management:

- Be responsible & accountable for planning/execution of business objectives in conformity with risk management requirements and compliance with all internal and external regulations
- Ensure that data usage, management, production & analysis is done in accordance with Risk & Compliance guidelines
