• Analyze overall growth of (potential) market & to monitor activities of competitors to be ready for market trending and solution (if any)
• Support campaign creation with relevant segmentation proposals to maximize take up rate or usage rate
• Monitor campaigns for cross selling, usage, retention, … analyze the results & propose relevant improvement based on evaluation
• Support Product team to implement process and measurement for product and client portfolios.
• Discover areas of customer experience that can be improved by optimization of processes
• Work closely with MIS team to propose new or improve current reporting
• Work with CRM, Risks, products and IT for support implementation of new projects/processes

• Advanced skills & knowledge in SQL & Excel
• People management, coaching or mentoring experience
• Strong business sense to drive business performance
• Good knowledge of verbal and written English language
• Sales & analyst mindset

• Must be able to discuss technical matters and concepts with various business people and stakeholders
