Data Entry Specialist

Job Overview:

We are looking for a reliable Data Entry Specialist to update and maintain data in our live system. This role involves receiving new development information, communicating with the Data Entry Leader or Manager, and ensuring data accuracy with updates from property portals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Update System: Receive new development information from the manager and load it into the live system.

• Communication: Clarify any unclear information with the Data Entry Leader or Manager in English.

• Maintain Accuracy: Keep the data in the live system up to date with the latest information from property portals.

• Research: Perform specific research tasks as assigned by the Data Entry Leader.

• Reporting: Report daily to the Data Entry Leader on the status of tasks and any issues.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in data entry or similar roles.

• Attention to detail and accuracy.

• Good communication skills in English.

• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team to meet deadlines.
