Mô Tả Công Việc
a. Responsibilities:
i. Assist in data entry for new item setup.
ii. Effectively learn and become proficient in using our Enable MDM system for all item setup and item maintenance activities.
iii. Work with Data Management team in collecting and organizing data supplied by vendor, DAS Purchasing, and DAS Sourcing departments to input into our system in an efficient and organized manner.
iv. Move items within workflow in our Enable MDM system.
v. Communicate with Data Management team on progress and tracking of item setup projects.
2. Sourcing division:
a. Responsibilities:
i. Conduct new supplier research
ii. Communicate with existing vendors to collect needed info
iii. Follow up WIP
iv. Office administrative tasks

2. Detail oriented and organized.
3. Ability to work independently on projects and use problem solving skills to address tasks.
4. Proficient in Microsoft Office: Excel and Outlook.
5. Ability and willingness to learn new systems.
6. Experience with PIM/MDM systems would be a plus.
