Data Planning Manager (Up to 60Mil VND)

LOTTE C&F VIETNAM CO., LTD. is a non-financial company specializing in BNPL (Buy Now, Pay Later) and installment payment services.

Our customer base has been steadily expanding, and as the service enters a strong growth phase, we are looking for a new team member to join us in scaling the business further.

In this role, you will be part of the Data Strategy Team, which utilizes both in-house and partner customer data to drive service improvement and marketing support. With several new services planned for launch, the scope of data utilization is expected to expand significantly in the coming years.

The Data Planning Manager plays a key role in connecting business objectives and data strategy.

You will be responsible for designing and driving data utilization initiatives across marketing, CRM, BI, and group-level projects.

In addition, you will lead the planning and promotion of new businesses and ecosystem development initiatives that leverage customer data.

The ideal candidate is someone who can analyze the current situation, generate new business ideas, and take ownership in driving those ideas to execution.

Main Responsibilities

■ Data Strategy & Planning

• Develop company-wide and group-level data utilization strategies and roadmaps

• Plan and drive new business initiatives leveraging customer data

• Promote ecosystem development across group companies

■ Project Management

• Lead end-to-end data utilization projects from planning to execution

• Manage progress of various data-related projects

• Collaborate and coordinate across internal and external stakeholders

■ Data Management

• Establish and implement standards for data definitions, risk management, and privacy protection

• Monitor data quality, consistency, and update frequency across systems

• Coordinate data integration and collaboration with partners and external vendors

■ Team Collaboration

• Proactively support additional tasks required for the team, beyond your own scope of planning responsibilities

Qualifications (Must Have)

• At least 3 years of experience in new business planning and execution

• At least 3 years of experience in business utilizing big data

• Project management experience

• Solid understanding of data management and business operations

• Business-level English proficiency

Preferred Skills / Experience (Nice to Have)

• Experience using CDP (Customer Data Platform) or other data management systems

• Experience in digital marketing or data-driven campaigns

• Conversational-level Japanese or Korean language ability
