Data Processing & Visualization Specialist

The Data Processing & Visualization Specialist will be responsible for exploring data, creating and maintaining dashboards to turn data into actionable insights that improve the robustness and profitability of the company. The ideal candidate should have a background in data analyst, business intelligence, especially within financial services or consumer lending.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Dashboards creation and management:

• Visualizing data in a way that is clear and concise

1. • Calculation of metrics are to be consistent with existing dashboards

• Efficient/ scalable solutions to be proposed to ensure long-term sustainability of dashboards

• Dashboard usage is to be reviewed frequently and those with low utilization are to be archived

Data usage and management:

2. • Analyze large datasets to identify patterns trends, and anomalies indicative of division activities.

• Support ad-hoc data analysis requests from BUs

Documentation:

3. • Ensure all key metrics and calculations are clearly documented and should be accessible to other team members and non-technical stakeholders

Data quality:

4. • Work with other related teams to ensure data pipelines are robust and efficient

YÊU CẦU

Trình độ học vấn

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Finance, or related fields.

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in data analyst or business intelligence.

Kinh nghiệm

• Experience in financial services, retail banking services, or fintech is strongly preferred.

• Fluent in English and Vietnamese (preferred).

Technical Skills

• Proficiency in SQL and familiarity with database type (e.g. Oracle, AWS)

• Proficiency in using data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau, Power BI)

• Understanding of data warehousing and ETL processes

• Experience with Grafana and Python is a plus.

• Good communication and stakeholder management

• Business acumen: understanding business processes and how data can drive business decisions

• Problem solving: proactively detect and solve problems to maintain efficiency and quality.
