1. Manage all activities of delivery at GO! & BIG C store chains including 3PLs
2. Be in charge of all occurred problems & improvement initiatives of delivery.
3. Update, monitor, and maintain SOPs compliances at stores
4. Manage operation cost and delivery performance assigned.
5. Plan for headcount and facility for delivery to meet business demand.
6. Monitor and collaborate with other internal departments to improve service level agreements.
7. Recruit and train for delivery human resources ( delivery supervisor, specialist, and couriers)
8. Coordinate with other internal departments to check and control payments and bonus incentives for delivery.
9. Participate in the company’s projects...
10. Handle other tasks assigned by the Line Manager.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Knowledge in Logistics and Supply Chain.
- Experience in Transportation and Last mile delivery.
- Experience in making, implementing and managing SOPs
- Ability to work under pressure, working shift according to management arrangement
- Ability to find out gaps and improve daily operation.

Education: College/ Bachelor graduation
Experience: At least 3 years of experience in transportation or warehouse management or last mile delivery with a minimum 1 year in leading a team of above 10 people.
