Demand Planning Assistant - Third Party contract

• To work with commercial and Producers to develop and manage the Demand Plan and Supply Plan to fulfill customers' orders while achieving all operating KPIs (DPA, stock cover policy, freshness, write-off, etc.). Also to manage/support business changes with speed and accuracy.

• Achieve sustainable Demand Plan Accuracy (DPA) and Bias improvement. Effectively use all Demand & Supply Planning system functionality to support the preparation of 18 months horizon plan

• Following the Monthly Business Planning Process, communicate relevant information to related functions (gaps, impacts, proposed actions trade-offs), ensuring actions and demand plans are realistic and achievable.

• Analyze and evaluate the supply plan and net dispatch requirements to satisfy customer needs considering the supply constraints.

• Inventory Management: Balance the need for product availability versus the need to minimize costs of inventory to ensure optimum stocks at the right location

• Drive fast, appropriate actions to minimize the impact of deviations from the demand & supply plan and communicate these actions to stakeholders.

• Manage and coordinate all Product Change Projects (new products, product modifications, promotional lines, sourcing changes, de-lists, etc.), for their allocated business category(s).

• Ensure all planning activities along the process meet the target timeline and support product launch.

• Bachelor’s degree

• At least one years of relevant operational experiences especially in FMCG and Demand Planning

• Good presentation skills, Microsoft Suites and PowerBI

• Good communication in both English (Written and Speaking) & Vietnamese

• Can work under high pressure & good teamwork spirit

• Additional experience in data analytics would be beneficial
